Kaari Busick is a freelance writer and editor with twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical communications, process improvement, and change management. She contributed to and edited an award-winning book on using Microsoft Word, as well as Microsoft Excel, Office, and college keyboarding textbooks. Kaari holds a BA in English Literature from Colby College in Maine and a Technical Writing certification from the University of Washington in Seattle.
