Headquartered in The Netherlands, Pyramid Analytics has operational centers across the U.S., UK, and EMEA.

Role

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for managing content and SEO for Pyramid Analytics’ web properties. This includes maintaining the CMS, managing digital content publishing, owning search engine optimization initiatives and collaborating on digital initiatives. This role reports into the Director of Digital Marketing.

If you live and breathe digital content management and SEO, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital web properties. You will manage all digital content and assist projects related to digital services. You will work cross-functionally to deliver content and capabilities and ultimately deliver exceptional user experiences that create a high level of engagement and interest across the prospect and customer base for our new website.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content within the CMS, both creating pages with provided content, and reviewing pages created by other content editors
  • Own the CMS content publishing workflow ensuring content and image changes are QA’d both pre- and post-publishing
  • Analyze, recommend and implement SEO strategies to meet organic growth goals
  • Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits to solve page-level performance issues, and competitor analysis/research in pursuit of new SEO opportunities
  • Optimize web pages for copy, metadata (including canonicalization and localization), structured data mark-up and the users journey
  • Maintain guidelines and ensure content conforms to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, supporting digital marketing campaigns and content programs as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
  • Analyze and report on performance of area of ownership and communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Raise tickets (via TFS) for problems found on-site and suggest site improvements based on page-level optimization findings

Requirements:

  • Experience and working knowledge of web development, HTML/CSS, and site architecture
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, current and emerging SEO trends, and SEO tools/benchmarks
  • Technical expertise with content managements systems (Sitefinity, WordPress, etc.)
  • In-depth experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent online marketing knowledge
  • An eagle eye for detail and strong editorial skills
  • Have high ownership and strong work ethic
  • Enjoys and thrives in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Collaborative working style

Experience/Education Required/Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years managing a business website using a content management system
  • 2+ years SEO experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Preferred: Candidates with well-rounded digital marketing or graphic design experience
